See page 22 of the report, as at 30 June 2016, WLD had breached undertaking in working capital facility...
In addition, it is likely that WLD will breach certain financial convenants to be measured at 30 Sep 2016 and 31 Dec 2016.
So the company will be wound up soon? can not wait for 2 years?
