It is of no concern to me, at this point the business is growing, as are profits, my assumption was the costs are associated with acquisitions, and employees in China, it will become a concern in 12 months time when revenue is 70mil and employee costs are 50mil say. At this stage it’s 100% growth I feel the refinement of staff will come once the business has laid its foundation. At any case. The key take aways for me,

1. Huge explosion in revenues
2. Direct to market retail opportunity unlocked
3. High demand for product
4. Astonishing growth !
