In response to your points 1 and 4, this was via acquisition.. still good but not organic growth..

You also mention "the business is growing, as are profits"... I assume you mean for the future as the profit worsened year on year even taking away the 48mil impairment.

Anyway monday will tell if investors like it... This is one of the few stocks i have traded (was in the 1st CR at 38c), genrally a long term hold, but on this one I may cut a small loss as i picked up in the last CR at 75.

From my experience when reports are released after close of market.. generally not a good sign.
