Those numbers don't pass the sniff test.
Something is wrong with Cost of Sales and Salaries. My guess is it is being bled in multiple places at the same time. The impairment is beyond comprehension....after 6 months?
That this is still $245m market cap on those unsustainable numbers, for a business entirely reliant on the goodwill of the Chinese govt, well, my price expectation on this one is 8-12 cents + cash
Quite simply I cannot see any upside to this company.
