without the 12M revenue it is clear they wouldn’t of made ~7M profit as per my post.
and yet they sold it for 5M…
so again who sells a 7M p.a profitable business that has grown from 0 to over 2M subscribers (not users) with potentially over 50M members to go all for 5M to then have a loss making business afterwards and the CEO leaving to literally compete with the same product/foundations that EM1 is using.
Tell me how this makes sense and a good business decision without using cash in bank as I am not talking cash in bank but rather the business operations…
