The preso is scant on the funding bit - So, potentially a $72m acquisition with $54m upfront of which at least $40m to be paid in cash. Raising $25m and already had a debt balance of $25m with not much left in the facility balance. So where is the balance payable coming from and what are they going to do for working capital in the mean time?
