Sorry, but the GOR board are quite useless...the Chair Tim Netscher presided over the debacle that unwound at SBM for many years. And as per the comment by gbgirl, what have they found for all the millions they've spent in recent years on exploration? Given the complete lack of exploration success and the fact that GOR is really just a holding company for the DEG stake and a passive stake in Gruyere, why do the board and management take home so much of the shareholder's capital when operationally they do very little, and what little they do actually do, they do so poorly? I'm only holding on because of the DEG potential, but frankly, you could sack the majority of the board and management team, and save shareholders a bunch of money.
