So with Black Rock finance arragnements executed, one of the conditions for BV finance has been satisfied - the $12Mil required to obtain $58 from BV and syndicate. TICK
Also, BV Credit Committe has approved their share of $58Mill ($30Mil), although still non binding and arranging the rest from the syndicate.
I think this is a good very update and to me suggests that once FML is received we will very quickly progress with Mine as Finance requirements are being finalised.
Wasn't the Ore Reserves also a condition for BlackRock finance?
