I see you're not a holder, but if you were wouldn't you be happy with that outcome? I mean, if you're that desperate to own a functioning mine why don't go and start one yourself, and never sell? Conversely, if you (were a holder and) truly believed that KDR had a squillion more to give us into the future beyond the threequarters of a billion or so we'll be getting, then you could buy up some WES knowing that whatever else they do, they've got some serious cashflow coming in in a couple of years from the venture?

I can't remember my exact buy-in price, it was around 56-59c well before the court ruling was handed down, so I've tripled my money in that short period. Would I like to have been involved as a holder in the actual functioning KDR-owned LiOH plant and all of its windfall? Sure. But I'm getting more than triple my money back in just a couple of years, I haven't had to stick my hand in my kick to support them in that time, just stick 'em in a drawer and wait for the motza.

If you were a holder, and desperate to own a mine that has matured, and it HAD to be this one, then sure, perhaps you might be disappointed that the golden goose has been snatched from you. But it's a bit rich to suggest the BOD have sold us out when you're walking away with a basketful of golden eggs :/
