Yep, they still need all the small share holders by number (50%) to vote so asx shareholders can still stop it!
you all reject it and it wont get up. sell today to the arbi funds and you seal your fate. will be a long slow deal and will come back unfair but reasonable.
not sure directors to blame.....leave something to trade at huge discount for so many years and eventually someone will come along and steal it!
