Ndalamo , our BEE partner gains 51% of UNV post delisting through an asset exchange... so is this effectively an inside job and explains the directors soft cock initial response to the shitty offer price?
Will be interesting to the comittee response and the determination of the IER....IMO the IER will find the deal " unfair but reasonable" at bestand I'll be surprised if the comittee rejects the SOA.
