completely agree DH.
don’t overpromise and underdeliver and then reward yourself with more options. No one minds dilution if the company is growing but if the company’s value is going backwards - how should an investor feel?
it’s pretty simple, deliver on your promise and get the rewards NOT the other way around.
and yes, I understand the intention behind options with a higher strike price.
