And one more thing Steve. Have a look at another graphite company who raised last week. They paid 6% to advisers and the cr was done at a much bigger discount. Amazing that Magnis only had to do a 2.5% discount. You should be thankful that you have good people getting you the best CR deals at the current price. I’m sure you’ll write Frank and thank him.
