From my opinion it seems like a crappy offer but I guess with their % holding they have shareholders by the " "

Lucky I dumped most of mine recently after it went ex. Did intend to buy back at a lower price but not now.!

Maybe they are just sussing out the market reaction and trying to pick it up cheaply if they can get the other major shareholder over the line.
