So SOLG closed at 26p last night and climbing which values DGR's stake at AU$100m or 16cps vs 3.7c entitlements offer.
If /when SOLG gets taken over Mather is going to clean up with his existing DGR stock and any underwritten stock that comes his way. Oh, and he's charging a 5% fee. I'd say things must be getting very interesting at SOLG and he is taking the opportunity to double down with DGR.
