"Implies" much!! But how do we interpret it? This has created an enormous conundrum, maybe, even a dilemma for all shareholders??? It's a train wreck in the happening!!
IF some of the "implications" that have been mentioned here are, in fact, what is happening, then, for mine, a logical decision would be to take advantage of the situation and JOIN "them" while it is happening, not after it happens (too late)!!!
The choice has been boiled down between doing nothing, and taking years for most of us to get anywhere near our costs, with the clear risk that it could fold completely, or, buy as many as you can afford either in the Offer, or, if you miss out on getting all that you apply for, buy with the SP below .030??
We've probably blown a bundle anyway, so, why not grab these cheapies and reduce the average so we can get out MUCH earlier?? We "could" end up losing the lot by just sitting there and doing nothing!!
Yes, it stinks to high heaven, but, that's all theory, hypothetical, it will take evidence to PROVE those doubts. Are management THAT foolish, the suggestions, if proven, is JAIL stuff??
