My view is that management thought shareholders were obsessed with NASA and thought the mere statement implying a direct collaboration with NASA would be received with hysteria.
I think that was the whole point of this announcement and the reason it was hyped up beforehand - for that one sentence in an otherwise mundane update.
The wider market obviously wasn't as impressed as some on these forums.
