    Moin Paul,

I take a similar view, but I'll add several things to the assessment here.
    - Ownership of LEL was 90 %
    - The non-consideration of sunk capital can certainly be applied to exploration costs, but certainly not to infrastructure construction.
    - Consideration of authorisation status - Permits
    - Existing expertise/specialist personnel
    - The Olaroz Salar is shared by 3 parties. LEL/Arcadium/Laac The indicated resources are immediately adjacent to Arcadium Bore Field, which could affect both the water balance and a constant Li content
    - Mg/Li ratio is more favourable at Hombre Muerto

    Fundamental difference
Management, yes the usual suspects here in the thread won't like to hear that, better management. In terms of financial management, I rank both at the same level, but Galan has proven operational excellence and an international network. Both are decisive success factors for me.
