For such an experienced vocal crowd, you'd have thought it was understood that the quarterly isn't a place for announcements.
However, it is a place to note any change in circumstances that have happened through the quarter. Not of the Price Sensitive variety. And explain to the broader public what has occurred with the company over said quarter, which is already known to the market.
Never fails to amaze me how the ever so experienced still get so disappointed they are not fed the information they think they deserve.
