Exactly - the Clark land lease was dated October 30, 2009 for a period of 25 years, expiry 10/2034 "...and is renewable for another 25 years". (Subject to CDC approval.) Monthly rent is US$35,541. Any Filipino staff who lodge a work grievance (and their claim is upheld by DOLE) (Philippine Dpt. Labor) claim shall be placed on the lease if not settled and buyer is subject to that unsettled claim. A seperate lease was drawn on Bertaphil Residences (SITE- Ubidy staff) til March 2023 at US$10,508 a month. All this infomation is available publicly from the Securities and Exchange Commission office.
