Bullish very much so - I flew into Philippines and visited Clark -the property is massive - the guards let me drive around- it's huge with massive potential ala the Palafox project for example if that is still on the drawaing board. Nothing can compare in Clark or the New Clark City to this piece of land. Clark Freeport Zone has International hotels, massive new International airport, Shopping malls, raceway, etc. With the pandemic 'over' in Ph business will rebound as will skills training both Ph locally and internationally which can be carried out on the SITE property.
