So did anyone speak with the company to find out what went on with the land sale process?
I would like to know that there were no other bidders and that the land sale process (that was run by Nic) wasnt frustrated by Nic so that he personally benefited as the ultimate buyer on terms that dont suit SIT shareholders given the financial situation.
If there were no other offers and the property is not that valuable that is one thing. But if the property is valuable and we could have sold it for $ to benefit shareholders thats another.
So did anyone speak with the company to find out what went on...
