good to see some volume going through post the release of the 4C. Delivered inline with what I had expected. They seem to have a product that Customers want to buy. They now need to deliver on their sales strategy. I have picked up a few more but won't add until there is clear evidence they are starting to deliver on their sales investment.
Pressure is on to lead for and deliver a quality recruitment strategy to support this investment. Not entirely sure of the HR structure... it isn't clear and it should be. But if Liza Carpene is front and centre for Human Resources I'm not impressed to see her LinkedIn profile hasn't been updated to reflect her position with RLF Agtech ... let alone promoting the mission...just basic business house keeping these days!
