With USD10m they might be able to pay off their loans, retain 37.5% share of Clark but will still have the court case hanging over their heads.

Amazingly there is still cash coming in, so perhaps the training business is not a lost cause although you have to wonder how they are running this with no cash (or access to cash) and still signing contracts and talking to clients.

* Debt: $12.15m
* P+L: Making losses

Conclusions:
1. Zero cash
2. Clark Deal: will NOt save SIT; rather just increase Debt
3. Biz-SIT is cactus
4. SIT Share are worthless, not even worth "shell" value because of massive debt still existing
