Hi TwoDogs... not saying this won't play out as you indicate. But there are very definite cautionary considerations.
RLF's key market strategy is centred on markets that are typically challenging to supply and transact...timeliness/security of payment for products/services rendered in these markets. Reliability of the supply chain and distribution network challenges. Quality and effectiveness of the recruitable talent pool for the sales force. Security of IP etc.
Dealing in these markets is certainly no cake walk. RLF is yet to prove they have the experience and ability to scale and sustain a business model in a challenging market mix. Hopeful... but we shall see how this plays out. It certainly isn't a slam dunk.
