So USD10m is ~15.5m which means they will have ~AUD2m in cash after all loans settled
They then have ~USD 6m in asset valuation for Clark which is ~AUD9m so certainly EV post receipt for Clark will me more than the 3m valuation
what is the training business worth (potentially worthless) and then what other liabilities do they have - the legal case in Aus?
