response from email equiry

Some of the regulars of this forum may recall a previous post i made stating I wrote an email to Unilife in regards to the delay in the signing of the IA.

Well I received a reply (finally). For your intersest, I copy the body of the email...

Thank you for your interest in Unilife Medical Solutions. The Industrialisation Agreement is a very complicated and comprehensive document that is being worked on laboriously by Unilife and sanofi-aventis. As you are aware, the pharmaceutical industry is extremely competitive and big pharma in particular are extremely conservative. Rather than rushing a document together that might, in the long run, not suit either parties purposes, we are working closely with our partners to produce an agreement that is beneficial to both parties.

While the Crystal Research report stated the agreement should be signed in January, this was information not issued by the company directly and was based on the opinion of the analyst through their own due diligence. We appreciate your patience and hope to be able to update you and the rest of the shareholders and interested parties on our progress in the near future.

I have read/reread the email picking apart what seems to be a standard response email. I believe others have requested Unilife to respond to the delay in the signing and ask if they have received this or a simaler response.

Regardless, I am happy I have had a response and wait ever so "patiently" for the ann that will/should see this company go forward and succeed.

The last sentence of the email contains " ..hope to be able to update you and the rest of the shareholders and interested parties on our progress in the near future."

Lets hope "near" is sooner than later!
