Let's hope the drive for accountability is more demanding in getting the results from our investment in sales capability. There is a lot of work to be done to grab market attention and set the SP alight.

I also wonder about the core product strategy. Very much a 'hands off' sales and distribution strategy in Australasia. And that's ok with the right performance structured setup. But I can't help but feel there is nearer term value to be realised by becoming more involved in scaling the business closer to home. Or at least ensuring the market potential is being fully maximised.
