Short term it's always a bit painful but if it improves the trajectory and sentiment of the company, benefits in the share price won't take long to manifest.
Just because the BOD is spilled doesn't mean the entire BOD goes, they pitch for re-election and tell shareholders why they should be there. It's entirely doable to just eject PH and re-elect the rest except for LC who is immune to the process as managing director.
