With $2.5 mill in the bank, they should at least put $500K into the debt and bring it below $7 mill.
a) it shows confidence in their ability to generate further cashflow
b) it reduces their interest bill by $50k which results in EBITDA going up by $100k.
This is, IMO, the single best thing they can do right now to encourage new buyers....
