So dodgy, hiding consolidated payments under 1.2 instead of the breakdown as shown on the ASX Appendix 4C template, is that legal?
This company is burning through cash and has shown that there are no economics of scale acquiring and integrating telco companies. They are just garbage at it.
The good news is that the company will continue to be solvent for the forseeable future, if interest rates falls, More integration works out, etc, etc, this company is still worth a punt.
The bad news is that there is a lot of debt. A lot. The company is misrepresenting performance through omission of information and is barely profitable.
