The ongoing payment issues seem to stem from a lack of data collection by the utilities in question. Thus no data no revenue, not really 3DP's fault as they do not control that part of the process.

It highlights the issue of being largely reliant on a particular industry sector, though the company is looking to address this aspect of the business according to the 4C.
