I'd like to think we are heading in right direction however it's hard to believe that.

Massive increases in salaries, $500K+ per year for CEO who we haven't heard from, $500k+ per year for Geologist who hasn't found anything yet - a geo to receive this salary is unique, he received a massive $200k+ salary increase.

for what exactly ?

now there are Huge performance incentives when SP hits at .25c, .40c, .60c and 80c. which they have 5 years to do. I get this, however again. what's the strategic vision they suggest can't happen unless approved, what is this plan? where's the communication and shareholder engagement?

with the new clause they want passed, is to be able to raise or issue up to the value of 25% of the total share pool, would suggest an acquisition is looming. what though, who knows.
