Hi All,

I’m sure a lot of you have received @foocas email.

My view is we as shareholders of the company need to try and protect the assets of the company in any way we can.

There is no guarantee that the currrent directors will distribute the remaining cash and LLL shares when they are released from escrow.

If the company is DELISTED there will be no way of holding this board to account.

Having an INDPENDENT Director who represents all shareholders and more importantly long standing shareholders who have been completely F OVER in
the last 7 years is absolutely essential over the next few months leading into the AGM and subsequent meetings.

Anyways, any help or suggestions for “ keeping the bastards honest” would be appreciated.
