From reading the Qtly, and my own research, one of the proposed solutions, 49% of the LPD Chemical UAE co. equity will go to the Strategic Partner. Under this arrangement 51% ownership will stay with LPD head co.
So in the example above equity in head co. is not considered.
I know the thought of LPD’s success in counter productive to the narrative you’re spinning, sowing seed of lies and propaganda.
