Nothing from Mather as to how and why they invested $26 million of DGR money into AJQ, where Mather was chairman of one and CEO of the other. No conflict. Nothing from Moller who is a director of DGR and is supposed to be a top-notch solicitor, being paid countless times by DGR and SOLG over the years for his legal advice, together with his hundreds of thousands paid as director over the years. Got our monies worth didn't we. Nothing from the current secretary who holds down the job in both companies. No obligations to the rest of us mere shareholders. Not forgetting Karl who we all know walked a couple of years with a substantial handshake but was likely to get a few more jobs down the track with new companies planned. Nothing from the chairman of DGR who is/was the partner of the largest AJQ shareholder and director. No, nothing at all. Mather is still being paid by SOLG as a senior director and look how that is working out. Literally tens if not over a hundred million dollars of shareholders' equity being wiped off the map. Incompetence personified. Mather has been the recipient of tens of millions in direct pays and possibly multiples of that figure with bonus shares of all companies under his total control.

Father ted, don't expect Mather to explain his actions. The only way is for shareholders to take him to task in a class action and sue the bustard.
