Surprised they didn't do the CR when the SP was at $1.5-$2 range. For me the there's no doubt on the asset quality for VMM but the cash balance was the biggest question mark. It seems like they'll have to dilute the existing shareholders more to keep going. Maybe they have some deals with the instos and waited until this moment to raise the money? Not great for the current shareholders.
