The EPA has collated comments from all relevant State Government departments and the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW). The EPA had provided informal preliminary feedback 18 January 2024, and the Company lodged a response to address these comments. Subsequent to the end of the quarter, the Company received formal comments on the RtS from the EPA and DCCEEW. As is standard procedure, the Company is required to update its RtS document to consider the formal comments provided by the EPA.
Subject to review and acceptance of the updated RtS by the EPA, the EPA will prepare an assessment report recommending whether the Proposal should be approved by the Western Australian Environment Minister and provide recommended conditions.
