A few comments as to why share valuations in these research reports - issued for several years now - continue to be about 300% higher than the prevailing share price:
1) Valuation is not risked, therefore it acts as a "Target Valuation", rather than a current (today) market valuation
2) The 8% Discount rate is too low for this company - i.e. liquidity, market cap, products/sector, partner/ownership etc
3) Costs/expenses have been set at the DFS level - ambitious considering cost inflation everywhere since + the on-site challenges to overcome
