They've managed cash better than many others in the same position and deserve credit for not diluting shareholders with annual cap raises like most microcap explorers.
However it's unclear what they're actually hoping to achieve. One set of results announced in the past year (which they immediately had to amend) and little to report other than tenement administration. If they were sitting on projects awaiting copper/gold price movement then that time has come.
They have $14M of exploration sitting on their balance sheet, which seems optimistic to say the least.
