Not much fat in that report, was hoping for something a bit more concrete than 'expected soon'. I'll expect a drop today and weakness on the run up to announcing the approvals have been received but won't hold my hopes up for it being any quicker than last time. Not the companies fault but at least several weeks to 'save face' and appear like they are doing everything officially seems normal.
