very little downside risk

It was a bit dissapointing that we failed to break
the resistance at 10c yesterday. However, it is only a matter of time imho.

With a present Market Cap of just 48.1 mio and good cash flow from gold mining operations at Mandilla, drilling results on the way, uranium project, rising gold prices, KPark PFS, world zn stockpiles falling...... I see very little downside from here... but huge upside :)

Ango Aust sells 11,050 gold ozs from West Mandilla

Sydney - Wednesday - March 14: (RWE Aust Business News) - Anglo Australian Resources (ASX:AAR) has been drilling the West Mandilla palaeochannel deposit, Western Australia, estimated to contain a probable
ore reserve of 70,100 tonnes at 7.52 grams per tonne gold for 16,960 ounces.

Mined ore is being processed under a custom milling arrangement at the third party Higginsville processing plant in Coolgardie, where ore is processed on a campaign by campaign basis.

Gold recovered in campaign one significantly exceeded
expectations.

A second processing campaign has recently been completed and the plant was able to process double the tonnage originally scheduled.

A total of 22,042 tonnes were processed with grade of 11.1g/t for 7,679 ozs.

Mining is continuing to extract the remainder, scheduled to be completed by April 2007.

It is anticipated this ore will be processed in May/June 2007.

Gold sales to date total 11,050 oz at an average price of $820/oz for $9.067 million.

Some 1,379 oz of gold remain unsold.
