There won't be a stimulus bill before the election and probably not until February. They've only got 6 days until the election and they haven't even written the bill, they need to send it to comitees and get it checked by by lawyers etc etc etc there isn't enough time and even if they did it wouldn't pass the Senate. Won't happen.
