Well they aren't losing money, so that is a plus. As noted that rebate saved them this quarter, but I guess they also price in stuff like that to business decisions. Not many micro-caps can boast a calendar year of positive cash flow.
It is the slowdown in growth when compared to previous years and the thin margins causing the share price stagnation.
