Steve Natra does costly seminars on this type of financing so must be a licenced financial advisor but he posts on a public forum without a hint of a disclaimer. It seems reckless in the extreme to give general advice which relies on an on-going 5% capital gain on investments, year on year, without any disclaimer that such returns may not eventuate.
I don't have the confidence and knowledge to challenge him, but this is reckless isn't it?
