Doubt this has much chance at a solid uptrend until options lapse dec 2020. Any move past 20c will be hindered by any 3b option conversions or anticipation. They'll need some very solid progress to churn through that. Pac will probably sell their options if they can anyway. I'd be wary of buying them.
