Been looking at this for awhile.
I have entered based on MoM and your negativity Spec … your both becoming reliable indicators … must be based on personal sentiment or something … certainly couldn’t be on any reasonable longterm economic or valuation assumptions imo.
Happy to be a contrarian again.
