Your 3 points are moot. Firstly, you don't know when they'll be producing continuously (at nameplate I'm assuming you mean). It's more than likely later in the year or next year, with the progress they've been making.

- Secondly, offtake comes with the completion of engineering the 10ktpa and assigning the contractors - as stated by the company (helps to read). I would hope this would be done by the end of the year.

- Thirdly, they've already made it abundantly clear any product stockpiled will be for the off-take partner. 2-3 qts of funding left. Increase of placement by 10%. All points to a cap raise to keep the lights on.

Also just incase you don't understand the situation AGY are in, they will not be producing 12ktpa in 3 years time. They expect operations & ramp up sometime in 2027. So we can say with a degree of certainty they'll get to producing nameplate somewhere between 2028-2030, depending on when in 2027 they're going to be ready for operation.
