Attractive entry point emerging
Avanco is heading towards a classic investment entry point over the next six months. Upon
successful completion of the financing and this key risk removed, the company will enter
the construction and development phase. Dependent upon a smooth run and keeping
within budget and schedule constraints, the company’s share price should reflect the
gradual de-risking of the commencement of production. As production commences, now
planned for the March quarter of 2016, full value should be attributed to the company and
we expect this over the coming six-to-nine months. With a tightly held register and
relatively low free-float, institutions looking to gain exposure to AVB will have to
accumulate a position during this time.
