Having worked in the mining industry, what Kalenn has covered in his post is 100% correct. He's done the research and I can back up his assumptions. Can you provide us with any detailed mining industry research to the contrary because I'm happy to see it if you can provide it?

My response was one of syntax and logic.
If the real game is PB whyy did we not build the plant there? How much is it going to cost to transport the ore 40 km? We could have transported the ore from the 'sandpit' to there rather than other way round.
